Our Story
F2H Capital Group was founded by two brothers—immigrants to the United States—who shared both a vision for entrepreneurship and a strong academic foundation. Each graduated from Baruch College with a major in Finance & Investments and a minor in Money, Banking and Monetary Policy, earning summa cum laude honors.
Hasanov Brothers began their careers by building and acquiring operating companies, first in healthcare and later across a range of small businesses along the East Coast. These early ventures instilled in them a disciplined approach to value creation, operational excellence, and long-term investing.
With that foundation, F2H expanded into principal investments across multiple asset classes, with a focus on opportunistic and value-add real estate. Over time, the firm deployed more than $135 million across direct company acquisitions, real estate, and secondary opportunities,
achieving a 2.46x multiple on invested capital.
The success of these principal investments laid the groundwork for F2H’s transition into advisory. What began with real estate mandates grew into secondary transactions and, ultimately, broader engagements across the private markets. Through this work, F2H cultivated a deep network of institutional investors and strategic partners, positioning itself as a cross-
strategy and cross-transaction specialist.
F2H advises clients across M&A, capital raising, real estate, NAV lending, and the full spectrum of secondaries—including LP-led, GP-led, and direct transactions. Having invested its own capital alongside advising, F2H offers a perspective grounded in principal investing experience. This dual vantage point provides unique insight into buyer behavior, market dynamics, and
structuring, enabling the firm to serve as a trusted partner to institutions and investors navigating the complexities of today’s private markets.
